Flotilla is a public art project honoring the rich legacy of the Hunters Point Shipyard in San Francisco. During World War II, the shipyard served as a vital hub for Pacific naval operations, repairing damaged vessels and later decontaminating ships exposed to nuclear testing. Its long and complex history remains an important part of the City’s cultural and industrial heritage.

The artwork features panels with silhouetted ship forms and other nautical imagery, reflecting the maritime character and historical significance of the site.
